  • Digital Products Only: BookClubGuides provides downloadable digital materials in PDF format, including but not limited to book club discussion guides, meeting agendas, host checklists, thematic activities, and printable worksheets (collectively, “Book Club Kits”).

  • No Books Included: You acknowledge and understand that we do NOT sell, license, distribute, or provide the underlying books, novels, eBooks, or audiobooks. All kits are independent, unofficial companion guides designed to facilitate group literary discussion.

  • Eligibility: By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All materials provided on BookClubGuides.comā€”including text, graphics, branding, document layouts, curated discussion questions, and downloadable filesā€”are the proprietary intellectual property of BookClubGuides and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Upon verified payment, BookClubGuides grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the purchased Book Club Kit under the following conditions:

  • Permitted Uses:

    • Downloading and storing the file on your personal devices.

    • Printing physical copies solely for yourself and the active members of your private, non-commercial book club meeting.

  • Strictly Prohibited Uses:

    • You may not resell, sub-license, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit our PDF files or any portion thereof.

    • You may not upload, share, or host our files on public file-sharing platforms, public cloud directories, forums, torrent sites, or digital marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon, Scribd, or social media groups).

    • You may not alter, remove, or obscure any copyright notices, branding, or watermarks contained within our digital files.

Any unauthorized use or commercial redistribution will immediately terminate your license and may subject you to legal liability for copyright infringement.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices displayed on BookClubGuides.com are in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without prior notice.

  • Taxes: Applicable sales taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or digital goods taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your billing location, where required by law.

  • Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed through vetted third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy). By completing an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We do not store or process your full credit card or sensitive banking details directly on our servers.

  • Order Fulfillment: Upon successful payment, an automated email containing your download access link will be dispatched immediately to the email address entered during checkout.

4. Digital Refunds & Cancellations

All transactions for downloadable digital products are subject to our Digital Refund Policy. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned:

  • All sales are final once download access or file delivery has been initiated.

  • We do not issue refunds for claims arising from a mistaken assumption that the underlying novel or book was included.
